Job description
A large London based broker is looking for a Claims Executive to join their team in the Hitchin office (North Hertfordshire).
As a Claims Executive, you are responsible for registering new claims, maintaining correspondence, submitting completed documentation and claims settlement cheques, dealing with client enquiries, providing advice to clients, and building relationships with a range of insurance professionals.
We’re looking for someone who has strong communication and IT skills, ability to manage your own workload and work in a team, as well as great customer service skills.
Working with Acturis, and towards your CII qualifications is desirable.
