A well-established group of companies in Blackpool are now urgently seeking a Management Accountant. As Management Accountant you will be responsible for the management accounts for 2 entities reporting to a committed and engaging FD.

With strong attention to detail, as Management Accountant you will be responsible for the following :

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts including accrurals and pre-payments.
• Monthly reconciliation of the balance sheet
• Responsible for the purchase ledger and daily banking activities
• Preparation of the monthly VAT return
• Responsibility for payroll function (monthly salaries including directors pay)
• Other Ad Hoc duties as required by the FD

This will be a busy role with an expectation that the Management Accountant will be able to work with a degree of autonomy whilst at the same time receiving superb career mentorship and support from the FD.

A full study package is available (if required) as is current flexible COVID working. The offices are well situated with great commuter links and interviews are being held over the next 7 days.
