Beaconsfield Permanent £22,000 - £35,000 per year
This very successful Accountancy Practice, based in Beaconsfield has developed a strong reputation for delivering quality services, along with building strong relationships with its wide ranging client bases, across varying industries and size of client. The firm offers a very supportive and team focused environment, reflected by a low staff turnover and long serving staff within a close knit, long serving team.
The Key Responsibilities
Joining as Bookkeeper, based from their Beaconsfield offices, you will carve a key, hands on role here, as you develop within this firm and environment. Acting for varied sole trader, partnership and limited company SME's and OMB's of varying size and industry sector, you will deliver and manage the provision of bookkeeping to a high volume client portfolio. You will process payroll in addition, prepare and review VAT returns and be confident dealing directly with clients building relationships and providing a quality service as well as some management accounts, preparation of accounts and basic corporation tax calculations. You will have the potential to carve a key role here working on Xero/Cloud accounting services. Clients are varied across restaurants, pubs, services, manufacturing and other industries ranging from under the VAT threshold in turnover, up into the £millions of turnover on larger clientsThe Successful Candidate
You may be AAT studying, or hold an AAT qualification, which would be a bonus, but if supported by a relevant career history and technical skill set, a strong, relevant, experienced background only, is equally of interest, as well. You will have anything from 1 - 3 years, or significantly more experience within accountancy practice, or perhaps be a self-employed senior bookkeeper seeking the stability of a permanent employed position, carving a role within this team of professionals, carrying out bookkeeping services for a wide ranging client base. As well as providing a quality bookkeeping service, the team advise on Xero and Cloud accounting software and you will have Xero knowledge and experience and be looking to develop and utilise this experience further, as a key addition to this growing and successful division within the firm.Whats on offer for you?
