INDUSTRIAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - WIGAN - up to £28k + HIGH OTE AND BONUS.

Ruth Moran have an exciting opportunity to work for a well know company based in the heart of Nottingham as a Recruitment Consultant within the Industrial department. This role will involve managing your own desk, working closely with the other consultant in supporting and building new relationship with client whiles managing existing relationships aswell. You will be offered training and supporting from the start, you will be working with a UK wide business who can offer a great opportunity to grow your career

Duties involve:

• Generating new business and maintaining existing business.
• Dealing with the full 360 recruitment process.
• Advertising and candidate searching via job boards and social media sites.
• Interview candidates.
• Preparing and giving feedback regarding interviews.
• Making offers of employments for rejections.
