For the successful Apprentice Resourcer we are offering:

• £10,771 - £14,851 per annum
• Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm (a degree of flexibility will be required)
• Permanent position
• NVQ Level 3 Business Administration
• Every 2nd Friday off
• Take your birthday off – on us!
• 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service
• Training courses and personal development through inhouse training team

The Role Apprentice Resourcer

• Working closely with the Client Services team
• Spending large portions of the day on the phone, making outbound and taking inbound calls
• Providing an excellent level of customer service, building relationships with candidates
• Screening candidates
• Creating accurate and detailed CV's
• Daily use of social media to promote vacancies
• Working to targets

What we are looking for in a Apprentice Resourcer

• Strong communication skills
• GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above in English and Maths
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to work to targets

Chester, Wrexham, Deeside, Ellesmere Port, Wirral, Flint, Mold
