A leading legal firm based in the heart of London City is seeking a Team Assistant / Administrator to join their dynamic and busy team!
Your new role
- Producing documentation for the fee-earners.
- File opening, compliance and file maintenance on the case management system.
- Liaising with multiple departments effectively.
- Filing expenses.
- Managing post, photocopying and faxing.
- Dealing with travel and accommodation arrangements.
- General administration duties.
- Arranging meetings, calls, seminars.
- Assisting fee-earners with any non-legal tasks in relation to client matters.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- At least 1 year experience working in a law firm.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- The ability to travel to the office 5 days a week initially - role will be hybrid after a successful probationary period.
