Job description
Our client is a global, leading precision component manufacturer primarily operating in the Aerospace sector. They manufacture precision engineered parts for aerospace customers (mainly precision fabrication and machining) and are looking for a CNC Programmer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience creating CNC programs for CNC Milling and would have worked with high-precision components/parts.

- Produce 3 and 5 axis CNC programs and set up CNC Milling machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures
- Manufacture Jigs and Fixtures to enable development of first time run/components
- Carry out the measurement and inspection of components
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives by improving efficiency wherever possible
CNC Programmer Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications - Experience carrying out a similar role, creating CNC programs for CNC Milling machines
- Accomplished working within a precision manufacturing environment
- Well-versed using CAD/CAM software
- Previous experience setting and operating CNC machines
