We are seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR to join an Exeter based prestige LCV main dealer. You will need to be a customer focused individual, confident speaking to people and building relationships. Great customer care will be your priority.
To be considered, you will have experience in the Service Advisor role, gained at another main dealer or good quality independent garage. Familiarity with related IT (Kerridge for example) and service department systems and processes is important too.
You will be able to communicate professionally at all levels and be adept in explaining the benefits of having work recommended by the technical team carried out.
