Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Logistics Manager to begin work for a well-established company in the Edinburgh area.
About the role:
- Working Hours - 8am - 4:30pm
- Pay Rate - £150 - £200 Per day
- Brief Role Description – The role will involve planning, organizing and implementing the company’s logistical processes on-site including delivery and waste management, traffic management, security, site access and egress systems, co -ordination of material storage on site, maintenance of welfare areas and pedestrian routes through the site.

About You:
- A proven track record within a sub-contractor Logistics Manager role
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management, preferable
- Ability to deal with complex logistics issues
- Knowledge and understanding of safety procedures
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Stable employment history
- Valid CSCS
- SMSTS
- IT Skills
- First Aid Certificate
- Right to work in the UK
- Traffic Marshall + Fire Marshall Ticket
- Leadership skills and experience in managing people
- Good time management and organisational skills
