Our thriving Operations team has been built with the view to really invest in our people and Cooper Parry’s infrastructure; aiding to support in our growth, unite us as an operational unit and make sure our processes, systems and resource are slick. We are redefining what operations in business looks like and really pushing for innovation to keep us moving forward.

We are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Director to come and join the team, to manage all aspects of our client operations, working closely with our Head of Transformation and Business Services (TBS) in developing, implementing and delivering multiple exciting and game-changing operational strategies across the business, driving towards increased growth and profitability.

It will take a spark of intuition to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. You will need to be versatile as you support the whole range of TBS activities. Using a collaborative approach, you will work with HODs, Senior Management and other service lines to align our operations across the business.

You can also expect to:

• Support our Transformation & Business Services Partner in creating a robust and scalable platform
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of our operations, identifying any issues or risks
• Support in monitoring and managing the financial performance of TBS, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, whilst working closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends, identifying opportunities to leverage technology and streamline processes
• Work closely with our Risk & Compliance team ensuring all operational improvements align to industry best practices, regulatory changes, and comply with all relevant standards

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a senior management or leadership role, but you will also need to be someone who can inspire and motivate others, really excelling with communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. You will need…

• Proven track record of managing and improving operational processes, systems, and performance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and challenging situations
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
• Experience of working within the professional services environment is desirable
