What you will do in your working day

About us:

Our aim is to become the largest firm of legal costs consultants in the country within the next three years. We have grown to a team of over 50 staff members. We have three Directors and five support staff. We have continually reinvested our time and profits back into the company to grow month on month and secure a future for our growing team. The candidate will be building on our existing reputation and will be encouraged to reach their full potential. When you do a good job for BHCC, we do what we can to keep you happy. It’s as simple as that.

Position - Business Administration Apprenticeship:

Your role will be varied and will involve learning new skills. You will have direct access to a supervisor and team for support. Ideal candidates will be motivated, hardworking, accurate, have the ability to check their own work and above all show excellent client care. Confidentiality is key in this field of work.

Responsibilities:

The training you will be getting

You will work towards a level 3 qualification in Business Administration.

80% workplace learning combined with 20% off the job training.

Functional skills level 2 is available if you have not met the grade C/4 or equivalent in maths and English.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

After completing the apprenticeship, we keep all apprentices on in full-time employment and there may, depending on the jobs at the time, be job prospects in our Processing Department. There may also be opportunities to join our Trainee Costs Draftsperson course. Please let me know if you require more details on this.
