Primary Responsibilities:
Follow safe systems of work
Maintain transactional accuracy through the use of work instructions.
Follow standard work instructions / processes / procedures to produce quality products
To support the business objectives of zero scrap
Maintain levels of housekeeping within work area and work stations.
Act within Kawneer values
To support the business through participation in the continual development of processes and procedures in order to improve the safety, quality, efficiency and sustainability of the business.
To take part in training organized by the business.
To support the business objectives of an incident free work place
Knowledge & Experience:
The successful candidates must be self-motivated to achieving operational objectives and adept at working as both a member of a team and autonomously.
Excellent attention to detail and numeric skills is a must for these roles.
Reliable and accountable.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Shift Pattern Available:
12 hour shifts on a 3 week rolling pattern. Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm/6pm - 6am, averaging 40 hours:
Week 1 - 3 x days
Week 2 - 3 x nights
Week 3 - 2 x days and 2 x nights
Overtime may be available on weekends. Hourly, weekly pay. Temporary contract to begin.
