Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Occasionally uploading completed surveys to our internal database, from our internal surveyors
• Compare sales contracts to survey documentation ensuring that they are comparative
• Price checks using the company’s digital costing programme
• If required, adjust and amend commissions on our internal database
• Ensure all information is correctly recorded on your own personal costing hub
• Email & phone communication with our internal Sales Managers if the contract is incorrectly costed and needs the relevant documentation to change
• Upload completed documentation to show any changes to our internal database
• Constantly keeping the internal database up to date of the contract journey, including any changes

The training you will be getting

• Level 3 Diploma Business Administration
• Level 2 Functional Skills maths
• Level 2 Functional Skills English
• How training will be delivered is to be confirmed
