Floating Support Worker (Driver Essential)

£10.42 per hour

As a Floating Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in the community. From aiding with daily tasks to offering companionship and emotional support, you'll be the beacon of care for those in need.

Key Requirements:

- Level 2 or 3 in health and social care
- Full UK driving licence
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Experience within a care capacity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Supporting clients with medication management as required
- Transporting clients to appointments and outings
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
