Are you a junior Employment Solicitor looking for a new challenge within a well-regarded law firm?  

This leading Legal 100 law firm in Southampton has a proven track record for success and is looking for a junior Employment Solicitor to join a busy Employment Team handing both contentious and non-contentious matters for claimants and respondents.

You will be able to work remotely from home 3 days a week, with 2 days in the office. 

You will be handling your own caseload that includes termination of Employment, disputes & employment tribunal claims, discrimination, bullying & harassment at work, employment contracts, redundancy and restructuring and reorganisation. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder. 

Your role as an Employment Solicitor will involve: 

• Handing your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters as well as supporting Partners in the team on complex cases
• Technical excellence, handling both claimant and respondent employment matters
• Being able to business develop and network, to gain new clients
• A clear career path from the outset
