Call Centre Assistant

Location: Swadlincote
Working hours: Full time 39.5 hours a week (to include weekend working)

Starting salary up to: 10.62ph rising up to 11.64 in April 2024

Plus ad hoc bonus after probationary period is satisfied

Birthday day off

Full training provided

Free parking near store

Previous Call Centre or Call Handling experience in a fast paced environment is required

Were looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help - a friendly and professional approach is essential.

As part of our team, youll make sure every patient receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.
Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
Transferring calls efficiently
Responding to customer enquiries
Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
