Job description
I had a really good conversation with my client this morning, they explained that they have a large order book coming into 2024 but not the man power. They added that they're in need for an Site Manager for their later living scheme in Watford.
My client are a main contractor who specialise in care home builds and have a need for an Site Manager to come in and assist with the construction of a £25m scheme, consisting of 82 units.
As Site Manager you'll be responsible for the smooth running the site smoothly. The project is in superstructure stage and we're looking for someone to take reign from now which would include ground works, RC Frame, roofing, facade and then fit out.
It will initially be freelance but a temporary to permanent option has been spoken about in which all parties will need to be happy.
