Deputy Team Manager

The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Deputy team manager in Hackney.
Salary: £29, 980 per annum.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Rolling Rota - Early & Late) Will not work past 8.30pm - You will also be required to work 1 weekend a month
Location : Hackney
Hackney Young Persons Service accommodates and supports up to 60 young people aged 16 to 24yrs with various complex needs including young vulnerable parents and their babies/children. Our young people are from disadvantaged backgrounds and are on low incomes which has an impact on them financially. We aim to provide them with the skills and tools that they need to live independently, we run workshops including, cooking sessions, budgeting meetings with a financial advisor, training and employment skills sessions and groups with guest speakers on a weekly basis.
You will manage the implementation and monitoring of support plans, risk assessments, customer reviews and parenting assessments. You would ideally have experience of working with young people, young parents and families with complex needs.
