Job description

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join this lovely company. Family Owned & Run. Relaxed Friendly Office Work Environment. You will have experience in managing multiple customers, strong organisational and communication skills Processing orders, and managing logical arrangements.
We are a Multi-Channel Sales Company

Duties to include,

Take all incoming phone calls & transfer to the relevant dept
Monitor 'Sales’ email box
Data entry of existing stock holding within the company database
Editing online line platforms (Training given)
Adding Content to Existing Sales Channels Ebay/Amazon/Shopify (Training Given)
And General Office stuff.

The Job is Part Time.
Hours 9-4 And Are Flexible & Can be Adjusted to suit.
