Salary: £25,000 (Plus £5,000 in expected bonus’)

What is the role?
- You will report to the Client Services Director, to assist with the provision of customer services , a core part of the business that creates successful client relationship management.
- A sales through service position , supporting sales growth and growing the customer portfolio by giving great customer service .
- Your contribution will directly support the team’s ability to achieve business objectives, improving client engagement and retention .
- You will use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to deal with general enquiries and delivery of services to clients .
- You will identify opportunities to increase the value clients can add to the company whilst improving communication flows between the client and company.
- You will also work alongside the Marketing teams to help achieve departmental goals.

Who is best suited to this role?
- Preferably, you will have 3 A levels (A-C) or equivalent.
- You must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships .
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
- You must be a quick learner with strong attention to detail and a competent user of Microsoft Office .
- You must have strong verbal and written communication skills , with a professional telephone manner.
- You must be able to work both as part of a team and independently with excellent organisation skills and time management .
- Ideally, you will have experience of CRM systems, marketing tools and customer databases .
- Experience in a customer/client facing role is preferred, but not essential.
- CPD is unable to sponsor visas for applicants outside of the UK/EU.
