The Role:  

We are seeking a Product Manager to help us achieve our long term vision and growth.  

The Product Manager is responsible for the full product life cycle from the creation of product strategy, inception , successful commerciali s ation and then product’s end-of-life. You will be working with senior stakeholders, defining and executing the product vision and its overall direction.   

You may already be an established Product Manager or be working in other disciplines such as pre-sales or technical support.  

  Your Work at Redgate Software:  

• Definition of product strategy and underlying commercial plans, ensuring that the strategy is communicated and implemented across the organization   
• Working with the Chief Product Officer and Group Product Managers to ensure that products achieve key  objectives and align with company direction   
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure that products provide compl e mentary added value, strengthening the wider portfolio offering   
• Partner with the product Technical Lead and Designer to deliver a high-quality, sustainable product roadmap. And, with the Product Marketing Manager on positioning, pricing, packaging and go to market plans   
• Work as part of the product management team to support portfolio level decisions and flow of information across the company   
• Act as a product evangelist and liaise with marketing, sales, and finance on key opportunities and go-to-market plans. Drive customer engagement to ensure commercial success of the products   
• Develop growth opportunities beyond current markets for products by constantly looking for new areas where either existing product can be expanded, or an adjacent product could be created   
• Stay up to date with relevant market requirements, our competitors, and the evolving role of our target customers  

What You Bring to the Table:  

• B2B product management  
• Evidence of building high-trust relationships with senior managers and development teams   
• Experience working within an agile environment and user driven product development   
• Significant experience collaborating with internal teams, such as engineering, marketing and sales   
• Enthusiastic and confident when talking and learning from to customers, and proven effectiveness working with senior decision makers   
• Demonstrable experience of successful cross-team and pee r c ollaboration, balancing  business and organizational needs  
• Demonstrable experience of effective and transparent communication with peers, managers and the wider organisation  

Who You Are :  

• Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally  
• Key skills are a mix of customer empathy and a world-class ability to ask the right questions.  
• You are a self-starter, autonomous and can exercise credible judgement and decision making  

T ools: to name a few  

• Like the rest of Redgate, much of our day-to-day collaboration relies on tools like Slack, Zoom , Mural, Office 365 .  
• Product managers also routinely use (among other tools) GitHub, Confluence, UserVoice, SurveyMonkey, Crowdsignal , Salesforce, PowerBI .  

Impact Plan:   

• 30 Days – focus on understand ing the team, product , customers, and your role  
• 60 Days – begin taking responsibility for steering the direction of teams & products you work with  
• 90 Days – up and running in your role and team! 

Salary:  

• £60 K- £90 K dependent upon experience  

Our salary ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position . Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
