Job description

This long-term role, starting after April half term, offers 5 days per week supporting students with Autism as the main SEN. Your working hours will be from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, allowing for a full day of engagement with our students.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of our inclusive community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualised support to students with Autism, focusing on their academic and social development.
• Assisting teachers in creating and implementing tailored learning plans.
• Supporting students during classroom activities and helping to manage their behaviour.
• Collaborating with the SENCO and multidisciplinary team to ensure student progress.
