Marketing Manager
London (South West)

Role Profile
Cast UK is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager for a family-owned business, who are experiencing an exciting period of growth and innovation. You will be based in the office 3 days a week, reporting into the Commercial Director, supporting & leading a variety of marketing related projects on a multi-channel basis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a three-year marketing strategy, actively overseeing, analysing, and assessing the market, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to establish a robust and enduring brand.
Create, execute, and synchronise annual communication plans, ensuring the delivery of relevant content and advertising materials.
Cultivate connections with account managers from prominent B2B publications in the Grocery trade, aiming to enhance brand recognition within the industry and target client base.
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact and support for the UK Sales Team, offering insights and conducting presentations to enhance sales pitches.
Key Skills
Proven record in a similar marketing role with demonstrable experience of managing multiple ongoing projects and working to tight deadlines.
Experience of marketing in both B2B and B2C environments would be highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clear briefs to other business functions.
Educated to degree level with relevant CIM qualifications is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail including exemplary spelling and grammar, with history of proofing marketing material.
Natural relationship builder with experience of collaborating successfully with other business functions including wholesale and retail.
