About the Pub
The George Street Tap is a fantastic pub found on a busy high street. This great pub will soon be rebranded as a Craft Union local and is premium opportunity to take on a dynamic and successful business. This attractive pub consists of one room served by one long bar. The pub has some fantastic features that will be retained, such as the beautiful tiling around the bar and cosy lighting features throughout the pub. Whilst much of the pub will be retained in all its glory, we will be looking to have a pool table installed so that locals can enjoy a casual game over a few pints. The pub would benefit from a strong rhythm of the week and could be a great space to host small live events, such as singing duos. Outside the front of the pub you’ll find eight tables in the pedestrianised area of Hove, with little competition in the area, these outdoor tables give the pub great curb appeal.
