Job description
Based from the firms Taunton offices you will join as an Assistant Manager / Manager l dependent on the background, motivations and fit of the right individual with a clear route to progress on offer beyond. You will take delivery and management of a portfolio moulded to suit the background and preferences of the right professional. So this could be an entirely accounts/tax focused client base made up of smaller clients and larger limited companies up into the £millions in turnover. Or for those bringing audit skills there could equally be the potential to take on the management of some of their larger, corporate client work in addition and include an element of audit responsibility as part of your role. You will develop and build relationship with clients, in a client facing capacity, advising on accounting and added value advisory services, alongside overseeing a quality compliance service and look at assist in developing the more junior team.
