Job description
Project Manager for a scheme in Reading which the client has just started (ideally Perm).
The project involves the construction of a large footbridge and road widening to accommodate dedicated bus routes into the centre of the town, with potential further works in the Reading / Oxford area.
Key competencies;
Ability to manage self delivery of works (i.e not package manager)
Experience of managing NEC and associated change control
Experience of D&B works
Previous experience of delivery of highway and structures
Commutable distance of Reading (as this will be an on–site role).
The client in question are a tier 1 global Infrastructure contractor with a reputation second to none.
Upto 75k plus car allowance and overtime on offer.
