A brand new job opportunity has become available for a Service Controller | Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 DOE + bonus| Permanent full time role working just over 40 hours a week Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays (Circa 1 a month)| Join as a Service Controller at a busy depot near Quedgeley/Brockworth and Twigworth. The role of the Service Controller
As the Service Controller you will support the service operations with parts, logistics, and customer service
Deal with incoming telephone calls, emails, and customer calls.
Ensure all parts and after-sale issues are dealt with and progressed.
Progress and chase supplier orders and back orders.
Handle returned items, carriage, credits, and other charges.
Raise Sales Orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
Liaise with engineers to identify additional parts and provide quotations to customers
As our ideal Service Controller, you will have the following:
Experience within a similar role
Previous strong administration experience within the construction industry
Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Excel and Word.
Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal.
A motivated and organised approach with excellent customer service skills
The ideal candidate will have experience as an Administrator, Service Controller, Service Administrator, Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, Service Planner, Workshop Controller, Workshop Scheduler or similar
