You will have this amazing opportunity to join the LCP team in a 1Msqft shopping centre that is located in Cwmbran with a 300,000sqft leisure scheme, where you can learn/develop your skills from an established Shopping Centre Management team. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to make the step up into centre management.
What you’ll be doing…
- Management of the reception desk and keeping retailers up to date with proposed marketing and advertising plans.
- Lead the customer service team and plan/drive initiatives
- Deliver high levels of customer service to visitors and retailers at all times.
- Liaise with tenants and collect data about sales and events.

- Experienced in customer experience.
- Background in retail, hospitality or leisure.
The budget is up to £38,000 basic salary plus wider benefits package.
