£60k (can be negotiable depending on experience PLUS OTE £70k!!
PLUS attractive car allowance or company car
I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established client who is recruiting for a Project Manager to join their team in Wales.
This role would suit someone who has a wealth of BMS experience who has experience running projects, working with sub-contractors, working to tight SLA’s and working closely with clients. If you are an expert on the tools and looking for a step up, I still would like to talk to you!!
My client specialise within building management solutions and does everything from design, installation and service and maintenance within building management system solutions..
They work with a range of interesting and high end contracts across the country!
The role of a Project Manager: - To ideally have experience with Trend / Siemens / Tridium products
- To be confident with managing team and sub-contractors
- To be able to negotiate
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- To manage project spend
- To ensure all standards and regulations are worked to and met in line with the projects agreement
- To ensure health and safety is carried out and worked to at all times
- Work closely with internal teams such as designers, project managers, installation and service teams
