Principal Structural Engineer

Henley

£60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits

Perfect opportunity for a Principal Structural Engineer looking to join a busy and successful multi-discipline engineering practice in their Henley office. 

The role offers a diverse project portfolio across sectors such as residential, insurance, retail and many more. The focus is on sustainable solutions to engineering design and one of the main aims is to ensure an efficient yet flexible approach to the scheme.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in civil or structural engineering;
• Chartered engineer, either IStructE or ICE;
• Minimum of 8 years’ UK industry experience.

Duties:

• Detailed design and design checking;
• Liaising and coordinating with clients and consultants;
• Promoting the company to clients;
• Project programming and monitoring;
• Assisting in training junior engineers and technicians.

You will demonstrate the ability to oversee the accuracy and quality of work produced, as well as managing progression of projects, their profitability and satisfaction of clients.
