Facilities Co-ordinator, Bracknell (On-site) - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

An excellent interim opportunity has arisen for an organised administrator to join our Facilities team on an interim basis.

We’re looking for a skilled administrator and someone who has past experience of working in a facilities support and administrative function. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an R&D or similar facility, with PPM and Reactive Maintenance experience.

Working in a small team, your role will be to ensure the smooth running of their activities across the site, as well as managing and co-ordinating communications with 3 rd party contractors, from job scheduling to ensuring necessary compliance documents are in place.

To be suitable you will need to be a good communicator with the ability to liaise with external and internal teams to manage tasks and meet deadlines. You must have strong attention to detail with a pro-active and organised approach to your work. We also expect experience of working with different databases, IT systems and scheduling software – training on the specific systems will be provided.
