Role Overview:
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with us, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, collaborating with their multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of health conditions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Formulating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans.
- Prescribing medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
- Providing health education and counseling to patients and families.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Completion of an accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
