REMOTE WORKING

Hiring a Senior Global Project Manager to join our client for their on going project

As the Senior Project Manager for the Global Tech & Data Sub-Programme for the Global Programme, reporting to the Tech & Data Sub Program Programme Manager, you will play an integral part in the success of the Program.

Your remit will cover the day-to-day management of the Applications & Test Workstreams and readiness of IT systems & technologies including the build of SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and WalkMe in line with the overall program schedule. The role will require working closely with Tech & Data workstream colleagues, as well as HR business sub-programme colleagues to ensure readiness at the various Service commencement dates for each region & country.

MOSTLY REMOTE WORKING - - Need to go to London /Bracknell office occasionally

Your role will involve.

Acting as the escalation point and day to day contact for the Applications & Test workstreams

Manage the Tech & Data Applications & Test plan and key activities to ensure each system is ready for for each stage in line with the overall OnePeople program schedule.

• Support the quality regime with readiness of design deliverables for the overall Programme Gate process
• Work closely with all workstream leads to ensure alignment and readiness for testing prior to service commencement.
• Working closely with the Tech & Data Programme Manager to ensure the Applications & Test workstream plans are aligned with other workstreams & the overall OnePeople programme plan and also include the deliverables and dependencies required.
• Work closely with third parties on delivery of their SoW &/or third party resource performance within the Applications & Test workstreams
• Weekly progress reporting.
• Workstream Plans & planning, risk and issue management
• Your transferable skills and experience:
• Experience with planning and delivering applications projects is preferred (Apps transformation experience would be ideal)
• Being innovative & agile
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders & cultures are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of working across time zones is required. Normal working hours are aligned with UK, however flexibility is required as you will be working with colleagues from Japan to Europe to Americas
