Job description
We are recruiting a project manager on the behalf of a leading self–build developer who, due to a recent, large investment injection, now offer a ten year pipeline of 50+ unit developments throughout Greater London.
In the first instance, we are looking for a project lead for 116 units in Twickenham. Site works are scheduled to start in June so the successful candidate will first be tasked with pre–construction activities, giving them the opportunity to plan it and set it up before moving onto production.
Reporting straight to a regional operations manager, you will then oversee a team of four and deliver works, 3 mid–rise RC frame blocks, with full responsibility for NHBC liaison and compliance, to hand over for private sale.
With interviews available from w/c Monday 26th Feb, salary is a competitive 85k to 95k + bonus + package.
