Job title: Compliance Administrator
Location: Croydon, CR0 (Hybrid working - 2days in office and 3 from home)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary for minimum 3 months
Weekly Hours: 35 hours per week
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 05:00pm
We would like an experienced an Administrator person with good communication skills, used to working with and assisting a team by providing a full range of customer support services to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the Gas and Heating team.
Responsibilities - Providing Administrative support to the Gas and Heating team. Working with the contractor to book appointments and resolve minor issues
- Keeping a record of all interaction with residents, contractors, and other departments in order to build up evidence in case legal action needs to be taken.
- Screen telephone calls to department and liaise with stakeholders
- Maintain admin systems and excel documents
Person Specification - Experience working in a technical administration based role
- Ability to deal with difficult customers.
- Ability to give customers information in a very clear and concise way to ensure that they know what is required.
- IT skills with experience using word and excel
