The Client is well established in the Logistics Distribution and Supply chain, specifying in fulfilment. They are looking for an experienced HR advisor to join their team based in Blackburn.
Job Description
Key responsibilities for the HR Advisor:
- New employees documentation is being provided
- First point of contact for any issues such as absence and disciplinary
- Inductions
- Managing day to day admin duties
- Delivering HR training courses to managers
- make sure that payroll processes and standards are maintained
- Organise and process all annual pay reviews
