Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Property Relationship Manager . This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester.
Let's talk about the role, it involves:
- Supporting the property management team in providing a top end service to our landlords & tenants.
- With training, overseeing the tenancy life cycle & our service offering.
- Booking in appointments at properties & answering office telephony.
- Updating our property management software daily.
- Administration of lettings paperwork including but not limited to tenancy agreements, safety certificates etc.

- Full clean driving license & Roadworthy legal vehicle .
- Strong attention to detail & time management.
- Resilience when working in a fast paced & demanding environment.
- Experience in a similar role within the property industry would be beneficial not essential, full training will be provided.
- Highly capable on computer software & confident telephony abilities.
