About the role As Supplier Collaboration lead you will be involved in the delivery and implementation of our Business Unit supplier Strategy
Collaborating with one of our key Joint Business Plan suppliers to lead :
Forward planning: creation and alignment of future forecasts with the supplier Brilliant basics – ensuring that activities land right first time, including co ordinating activities to ensure that master data is accurate and efficient, and NPD and promotional forecasting aligned between both businesses and seasonal plans developed and implemented
Data insights. Using data to support delivery of joint KPIs and identify areas of opportunity to improve and drive efficiencies.
Stakeholder management , coordinating the JBP relationship, including regular touch points such as regular KPI meetings, Top to Top meetings
Identifying joint value creating opportunities to drive continuous improvement across both organisations
Through driving these activities this will maximise On Shelf availability, and efficient stock management to support delivery our core KPIs
What you’ll need to have - Proven experience within a Supply or Supply chain role is essential to this role
- You must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, working alongside a partner supplier to share pertinent information and insights as well as collaborating with colleagues within supply
- Collaborative forecasting, seasonal planning skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience of analysing large data sets is required for this role
- You must be analytical and organized, able to work and deliver at pace. Excellent attention to detail, using facts and data to make informed decisions
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, be able to manage expectations of your key stakeholders and prioritise workloads accordingly and when required
