Behaviour Manager
Start Date: Immediate Start Required
Salary- £75 - £90 per day
Location- Newark





GSL Education is currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and accommodating  Behaviour Manager with previous behaviour management experience for a Multi Academy Trust, SEMH provision in  Newark !

At GSL Education, our primary aim has consistently revolved around enhancing educational standards and offering improved opportunities for the underprivileged. Founded in 2000, we have persisted in delivering focused assistance through educational programs, collaborations with the Institute of Education, and stimulating school competitions.




Behaviour Management responsibilities:

  • Management and Leadership:  Participate in all aspects of student behaviour management and improvement, as well as the prevention of bad behaviour.
  • Development:  Implement and monitor the Behaviour Improvement Path, in line with academy policy.
  • Inclusion:  Promote a sense of belonging and inclusion for students with special educational needs within the school community.
  • Collaboration:  Work with the Behaviour Manager and Deputy Lead Behaviour Mentor to operate, monitor, and evaluate behaviour systems.
  • Approach:  Help to maintain files and data used within the behaviour administration systems
 

Requirements:

  • Adaptability and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Relevant behaviour management qualifications or certifications.
  • A passion for health and social care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working with school students.
