The Candidate

We require someone with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Family Law along with experience in Civil Litigation to join our busy and impressive Family and Litigation teams. You will handle a medium caseload (20 - 25 cases) of family matters for a range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals whilst moving towards a supervisory role in both family and litigation.

The successful candidate will have experience in handling a varied workload across all areas of private Family Law with some general litigation experience.

These include:

• Divorce and separation
• Children matters
• Separation/Cohabitation agreements
• Finances
• Domestic violence injunctions
• Pre/Post Nuptial agreements
• General Civil Litigation

Who are we looking for

• Good communication skills
• Track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals;
• Track record of training paralegals, trainee and junior solicitors
• Track record of assistance with management of a practice is preferred
• Strong leadership qualities
• A clear decision maker
• Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities;
• Client focused and practical;
• Demonstrable ability and keen to build and maintain client and referral relationships;
• Excellent administration and organisational skills;
• Professional but friendly and approachable personality.
