Job description
A well-established East Yorkshire firm is looking for a NQ Company & Commercial Solicitor to join its office in Hull.
As the successful Company & Commercial Solicitor you will be NQ, and either be a registered Solicitor or be CILEX accredited. Experience within M&A, banking and funding and general corporate work would give an advantage. Paralegals will be considered but only with the appropriate experience.
The Company & Commercial Solicitor will be joining a team that supports clients of all shapes and sizes throughout the UK. The firm also has an enviable local client base and a very strong client retention ratio. The majority of the firm’s new work comes from recommendation so only those dedicated to outstanding client service should apply.
All the partners in the team trained with the firm so great career progression is very much on offer for those with the right attitude.
