Now seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or FCILEx with 3+ years PQE to join their team in Tonbridge.

• You'll handle a court of protection caseload likely to include running Deputyship files from start to finish, liaising with independent financial advisers, local authorities, care homes and family members of clients, managing clients' financial and property affairs, making complex applications to the Court of Protection
• Assist the team and provide mentoring to paralegals and more junior members of the team

The ideal candidate

• You will be an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE
• You will have experience of handling a court of protection caseload gained in a similar environment
