Job description

Our Client provides comprehensive drain & sewer maintenance services, including trenchless technology, cutting-edge surveys and reports, and design and construction consultancy. This role is for a Project Manager - Utilities located in Berkshire. The pay rate is £55,000 - £60,000 plus car allowance. My client is a tier 2 contractor and work in the water / civils industry. Due to recent project wins they are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager from a waste water / civils main contractor background. Some of the duties of the operational project manager are listed below. Key tasks will involve;

• Pricing / estimating
• Production of H&S documentation (RAMS, CPP, H&S files etc)
• Project planning (MSP / P6)
• Site supervision
• Client progress meetings
• Stakeholder management
• Commercial process (applications for payment / invoicing)

All for multiple projects ranging from £5k to £1m !!
