Are you passionate about improving treatment and care for breast cancer patients and ensuring everyone diagnosed with breast cancer receives the best possible experience of care?
We’re recruiting a senior officer to play a key role in the delivery and development of our service improvement programme, the Service Pledge programme, working alongside patients and healthcare professionals to improve breast cancer services.
The Service Pledge is an innovative programme dedicated to delivering lasting positive change to everyone’s experience of breast cancer. It brings patients, healthcare professionals and cancer alliances together to work in partnership to design and deliver patient-centred improvements.
Your role will be to coordinate the delivery of our Service Pledge programme helping to ensure everyone diagnosed with breast cancer receives the best possible experience of care.
About you
Are you able to develop and manage strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior healthcare professionals and people affected by breast cancer? You will be an experienced project manager, able to demonstrate successful delivery within specified timelines and budgets. You will have experience of carrying out qualitative and quantitative insight research, including surveys and focus groups. You will also have experience and knowledge of patient involvement and/or service improvement, ideally either within the NHS or charity sector.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This role is primarily based in our Cardiff/ Glasgow/London/Sheffield office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.
