Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Manchester

My client are a global leader in testing, inspection and certification services. They’re looking to strengthen their team in Manchester by bringing in a Recruitment Coordinator to coordinate and manage the department UK work. They are responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of UK projects and client services, collaborating with dynamic teams, driving efficiency, and enhancing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Coordinator
Efficiently manage UK Procurement projects within budget and SLAs.
Coordinate client activities, ensuring accurate contract setup in Salesforce.
Drive process improvements for enhanced service delivery to UK clients.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
Monitor client activities for improved planning and service delivery.
Maintain process compliance and oversee team training.
Engage with personnel to meet contractual resourcing needs.
Attend client meetings, assist in project requirements, and contribute to proposal drafting.
Utilize project tools for effective monitoring and communication.
Key Requirements: Recruitment Coordinator
Demonstrated project coordination and planning experience.
Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
Previous experience working on big accounts within a technical industry.
