A successful, very well-established construction business who specialise in interiors are seeking a skilled and organised Administrator to join their friendly team!
Salary: from £26,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Fishponds (flexibility to work from home 1 day per week)
Contract: Permanent, full-time role
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 (hours may be adjusted depending on the applicant's needs)
The Administrator Key Duties: - Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with general administration tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting Contracts Managers by printing and organize construction drawings, ensuring they are readily accessible for the team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and effective workflow.
The Successful Applicant: - Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
