Your new company

Hays Senior Finance are currently supporting an SME business based in Walsall with the recruitment of a German-speaking Accountant on a permanent basis. This company is a world leader within their field, who, through the use of cutting edge technology and innovation, meet the ever-growing demand of their customer base.

Your new role

The job of the accountant will be to work for their German business. The jobs will include:

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Business Partnering with the regional management team
• Preparing annual budgets and forecasting
• Variance analysis
• Ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial data
• Supporting the senior management team in creating a high-performing culture

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate would be a fluent German speaker. They will have worked in a similar role previously and be happy producing accounts to tight group deadlines.
