Job Advert Role Description Red House is a 6-bed service for adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and dual diagnosis. We have a self-contained flat for one individual and the remaining 5 reside in the main house. The residents love going out on activities including coffee & Cake, Cinema, Trips to Gloucester, using public transport and many more, the residents are also looking for people that can take them on holiday. This is shift work and is as per rota 365 days a year, this includes weekends, evenings and sleep-in duties. Shifts are 7:30am - 9:30pm Our ideal support worker will:

• Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
• Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
• Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more!
• Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge

Whilst drivers are able to take residents out and about, you don’t need to be a driver to work here – we employ many non-drivers too! What we’ll give you:
