The Role

In this exciting role, you will oversee the successful implementation of new processes, programs, or systems for large, complex projects for Brand Marketing initiatives.Whilst leading project teams, utilising Agile methodology to balance scope, time, cost, and quality while addressing stakeholder needs. This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager looking to bring Agile to a Brand marketing environment, managing the development of physical, rather than digital, products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategic marketing initiatives, such as the localisation of key brand designs for the local market.
• Collaborate with senior Agile Delivery Managers to establish Agile teams, mentor team members, and monitor workstreams.
• Develop measurement plans and quality procedures for smooth project launches.
• Communicate project progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create project plans and timelines, including testing, pilots, and full launches.
• Maintain project status processes and update management systems with required metrics.
• Managing project budgets as needed to account for internal project spend.

What we need from you

The successful candidate for this role would have the following:

• Strong experience in project management, adept at handling large-scale, cross-divisional projects involving multiple stakeholders with demonstrated ability to organise, plan, and execute projects from conception to implementation.
• Experience in managing waterfall projects, change management and/or Six Sigma continuous improvement as well as Agile.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to solve problems, analyse data and make decisions that affect the project on regular basis.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal; articulate, persuasive & influential; systematic and timely.
• Experience managing teams in a leadership capacity and working with peers in a team environment.
• Certifications (One or more of) – CSM/PMI-ACP/ PMP/ preferred.

We would love it if you also had the following:

• Experience of managing Agile projects from inception to completion.
• Progressive work-related experience in marketing, hotel operations and/or hospitality.
