Role: Leasing Manager BTR
Location: North West London
Salary: up to £65,000 Basic with Quarterly Kickers + Annual bonus up to 25%

Job Opportunity:
We're hiring a Manager to drive sales and renewals, ensuring an exceptional customer journey. Leading a team of Leasing Associates, you'll play a key role in achieving targets and identifying market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team and contribute to the business plan.
- Cultivate strong internal and external relationships.
- Collaborate with the Resident team for an enhanced new arrival experience.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the Leasing Associates team.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the apartment portfolio and implement occupancy strategies.
- Promote additional revenue services and maximise leasing opportunities.
- Act as the customer champion, seeking continuous improvement through feedback.
- Monitor performance and market trends, setting tangible targets.
General Responsibilities:
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Manager.
- Participate in Performance Development Review processes.
- Stay updated on the Company's IT systems and demonstrate commitment to values.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- Passionate, dynamic, and dedicated.
- Proven sales history with demonstrated revenue growth.
- Experience in team leadership and driving performance.
- Successful track record as a leader, mentor, and coach.
- Analytic skills for identifying and implementing improvements.
